The Progressive Group: Terms of Use
By enrolling in The Progressive Group, a 12-month mentorship program delivered by Andy Byng, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of the learning environment, the intellectual property of the tutor, and the experience of all participants.
1. Program Access & Account Use
Your enrollment provides individual access to the program.
You may not share your Thinkific login credentials or grant access to any part of the program—including recordings, PDFs, exercises, Zoom links, or other materials—with anyone else.
Any attempt to share content, give third-party access, or duplicate course materials may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
2. Intellectual Property
-
All content in this program is the intellectual property of Andy Byng, including but not limited to:
Recorded seminars and lectures
Guided meditations and exercises
Written materials, PDFs, and slides
Any live or recorded teachings
This content is for your personal educational use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or modified in any way without prior written consent.
3. Lifetime Access
Lifetime access refers to the life of the course on the Thinkific platform.
If the course is ever retired or discontinued, you will receive 30 days’ notice and an opportunity to download key materials where possible.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $450 USD is required to secure your place.
Once your deposit is received, you will be sent an email to choose between full payment or a payment plan.
The $450 deposit will be deducted from your total course fee.
If you commit to a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full balance according to the agreed instalment schedule, even if you do not complete the course.
Withdrawing from the program before the course start date will result in forfeiting your non-refundable deposit. No other fees will be due.
Refunds are not automatically issued if you withdraw after the course begins.
- However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be offered on a pro rata basis, reflecting the portion of the course already delivered and accessed. Valid reasons may include:
Serious illness or injury
Bereavement
Unexpected life crises that make participation impossible
- Refunds for these reasons are entirely at the discretion of Andy Byng, and must be requested in writing with appropriate context or documentation. Requests based on falling behind, changing personal priorities, or lack of engagement will not be considered valid grounds for refund.
5. Behaviour & Participation
You are expected to engage in this course with respect, openness, and integrity—toward yourself, your fellow participants, and the tutor.
Disruptive behaviour, abusive language, or misuse of group forums or Facebook communities will not be tolerated and may result in your removal from the course without refund.
6. Group Spaces & Confidentiality
You are encouraged to participate in group discussions, practice sessions, and Facebook community spaces with honesty and respect.
Please maintain confidentiality about personal stories, development insights, or sensitive experiences shared by others in the group.
What is shared in the group stays in the group.
7. Termination of Access
Andy Byng reserves the right to terminate your access to the program without refund if you:
Share your login credentials or course content with others
Breach these Terms of Use in any significant way
Behave in a way that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the learning environment
8. Modifications
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the Thinkific course platform and communicated via email where appropriate.
